Hi Devs! 

pls give an option for old style download bottom tab 
or idk what was a name  but this material is ......

Ctrl + J  ( chrome://downloads/ )  old style pls give back too 

i dont wanna go back older version just this function ....

couple monthts ago i can disable this "Material Design downloads" in  chrome://flags
now disappeared

Just uncheck "Show download button" option in "Appearance" section,
it will restore to the default behavior.

thanks from me for keeping old way too. i kinda liked chrome-style exactly for that pop-line.

Most features added by us can restore to the same way as Chrome, we always respect Chrome's default design.
