I have problem with lagging when scrolling on pages. The problem started from latest stable version 2.1.9.50 however in version 2.0.10.57 the scroll works normal without lag and also in latest stable chrome 53. 
The problem disapper when I turn on GPU raster or turn off javascript for entire page but i'm not using GPU raster in chrome and latest stable chrome 53 scroll through pages without lagging.
For scroll test I used clean versions of browsers without any extensions.

I tried the 3 pages u linked.

For me this site didnt lag:

But the two others did, but they kinda did on other browsers too. Most sites are smooth for me tho. Some are laggy.

Some other users also reported this issue.
And we have reproduced it on specified sites.
We are investigating into it.

Still not figure it out, temporarily you can disable chrome://flags/#smooth-scrolling for better experience.
