The crash issue has been reproduced.Thank you for the great testing.
But the button not clickable issue can't be reproduced.
Have you tried running the browser with safemode.bat?

Under safe mode, you need to uncheck "Basics"->"Show download button" and download a file and select "Always open files of this type" from its context menu.
These steps can make the button appear again.
