Have you tested uninstalling CrystalAEP, or disabling sandbox of Cent?

CrystalAEP and Chromium use similar technology in their sandbox, so conflict is hard to avoid.
Today chromium sandbox is strong enough, so you don't need extra protection.
Above the browser, Windows UAC and Windows Defender are also protecting you.
if you really want absolute security, the best solution is surfing the web in a VMWare/VirtualBox machine or physically isolated computer.
