CentBrowser doesn't remember the default search engines I set. So everytime I restart the browser they are deleted

Did you ever used the 2.4 beta version?
You can try deleting "User Data\Default\Web Data" and "User Data\Default\Web Data-journal"(You will lose all the current search engines), and then add them again.
