1. New chrome versions disable gui to of disable built-in modules
This modules must have option to disable it (chrome://net-internals/#modules , chrome://plugins/), they do not affect for web anyway:
"Cloud Print"
"Native Client" (Nacl plugin)

Yes, they have little usage.
We are also thinking to remove them.
