Loading roll on loading tab spin with some laggs Huh

Same problem with lags )
Is not only for roll, is for all animation, like refresh button animation, tabs sliding animation

(We talk about beta 3.3, right?)

Please try changing this flag to "Disabled".

I tried to turn off this flag and recorded a 2 video.
I'm not sure, but now it seems that it does not last as long as it used to. But problem is still there. It looks like a drop in FPS from 60 to 20. This is show in video1.
By the way, in that short time, when the animation on the tab slows down, any other animation (refresh button, for example) slows down too. This is show in video2.

Seems this issue is not so obvious as shown.

I managed to capture the issue for a longer time.
It appears when you load any page(!) in opened tab, at a time when the browser has not yet rendered anything (only the white screen is visible).
Not only the animation of the circle is lagging, but at least the animation of the sliding tab, and animation of the clicking bookmark folders on bookmark panel.
Disable flag chrome://flags/#enable-wheel-scroll-latching dont help.
Using a safemode and new clean browser with default settings dont help.
