We knew this issue.It is related to a hard coding of Chromium source code and we are thinking about solution.
This issue doesn't affect the functionality of pepper flash.You can overwrite the existing DLL with any updated one and it will be effective.

It gives an error everytime I play a video stating that it's out off date & I have to click on "allow" for each & every video, everytime. I tried both the 32 & 64 installers. The 32 bit portable version I have works with no pop up error dialogue. Okay, after more testing, Windows 7 this error does not occur with the installer. I have Windows 8.1 x64 & Windows 7 x64.
