What is this notice which is found on right edge of Chrome plug-in page supposed to mean :

This extension violates
the Cent Browser Web
Store policy.

Can a user still use this plug-in ? Thanks.

Is this extension loaded but disabled by the browser?
Can you attach the .crx file or post the extension id?
