Any ideas are welcome, thank you
Hi "blue_",

There is no problem with reaching the Softpedia Forum via the Cent Browser and using the mouse there.

However, if you want to dismiss this forum's dialog box without clicking "ACCEPT" button on it, which initially opens and prompts you to allow data collection from your computer, and so that if you want to be able to log in to the forum:

Method I: To prevent JavaScript from running on this site, set the blocking rule via "Settings > Advanced > Privacy and security > Content settings > JavaScript";

Method II: Use a JavaScript or pop-up blocking extension (e.g. "Disable JavaScript", "AdGuard", "uBlock Origin").

Greetings,
Thanks for taba's reply.
Or you can try changing "chrome://flags/#enable-wheel-scroll-latching" to "Disabled".

@blue_ has experienced the mouse scroll problem only at the Softpedia Forum. When I clicked the link given above for this forum, the following page was opened:

As is known, the mouse wheel does not work on such a page; only the buttons in the dialog box can be clicked. For this reason, I suggested the above solution.
