Before I used stable version and I has this problem, now I'm update to beta and this problem still here.
When you push on the scroll button (on your mouse), you got scroller.. and when you move your mouse out the site page (tabs, omnibox, windows, dev. tool) it will reset scroller, please fix this problem..
I did not know that this is a problem ... Google Chrome, for example, behaves in the same way.

Ну хромом я уже давно не пользуюсь.. в хроме тоже раньше было все нормально, видимо в хромиуме что-то сломали... Да это проблема, причем капитально мешающая...
В Firefox работает так, как вам нужно.)

It is real problem for me. On preview versions all was good with this. By the years all was great.. and now this... Why the hell is they broke it!?
And also I forget to say.. that button some time don't work when you fist time push it... by months I waited when you release new version and fix all this, and now I finally update and see that nobody care about this problem... Try to fix it please.

Да, но мой браузер Cent, с удобством этого для меня пока нет ничего даже близко приближенного к нему. Надеюсь все же разработчик пофиксит эту проблему.. Так как это мой основной способ прокрутки, и отвыкать от него не планирую.

Да, но мой браузер Cent, с удобством этого для меня пока нет ничего даже близко приближенного к нему. Надеюсь все же разработчик пофиксит эту проблему.. Так как это мой основной способ прокрутки, и отвыкать от него не планирую.
Если удерживать колесо нажатым, то автопрокрутка продолжает работать если курсор за пределами окна
