I've faced two issues with downloading,
I cannot download this link:

neither this works:

(right click in download button and select save as and you get a zip file,
in cent I only get a download.htm file)

the problem happens both with built-in downloader and save-as

in chrome 71 they both work

in safe mode (cent) they both work, in incognito not,
so the problem shouldn't be an extension... but what could be?

also, even though I'm using "always clear downloads" extension,
the downloads are cleared, but the counter in the top right download button remains

it was the " --no-referrers" startup switch

so, just answer me about the counter,
even though the downloads are cleared,
the counter isn't,
this should be a bug, right?

The counter in the top right has delay updates.
It remembers the clearing operation only when you clear in its bubble window.
For performance concern, it doesn't respond to external clearing.
