How to fix it?

This was resulted from conflict between the website of our mouse gesture.
We have added "Disable mouse gesture on this site" in 3.8 version.(tab context menu)

UI Layout for the browser's top chrome

"Normal" option is gone

It is huge work to bring it back.
We are undecided whether we should do that.
