if it's possible, please include this (set chrome://flags/#network-service to disabled by default),
when you release chrome 72, if it's possible

I think they will release another minor update for 72.
Anyway we will keep an eye on it.

I don't think they will,
according to what I've read,
they said that the user has two options:
either install version 73 beta or make the flag switch,
if you can't include it, maybe we'll have to do it on our own

This issue was fixed in Chrome 72.0.3626.119
