CB: 3.9.2.45 x86
Flags: --enable-smooth-scrolling --site-per-process --cb-compact-ui --disable-direct-write --disable-directwrite-for-ui
HW Acceleration enabled. Aero enabled.

This is known issue.
We will try to fix in the next version.
