Have you ever changed your system font files?
If you are using 64-bit browser, you may try switch to 32-bit.
I do not changed any system font files.
I use 32-bit version but this bug is on both versions.
Some DW issue may be appear in W7 and old W10 and dont appear of latest W10 builds.
