yandex browser have such function, but honestly, i don't like it, because i like to close tabs by double clicking on the tabs. it's very useful.
but what i love in yandex browser, it's hovering tabs panel in full screen mode. F11 and hope Cent Browser will have such function some day
Have you tried using mouse gestures "Up/Down" and "Down/Up"?

nobody talkin about doble click (by the way i'm closed tads by middle mouse click) and if you don't like it there must be possibility to disable it... it have nothing to do with my suggestion...

I using mouse gesture for other stuff.. if it possible to do it with mouse gesture, then it doesn't matter, it is different function and for me not comfortable to do it with mouse gestures...
