I'm not getting my hopes up for anything but i thought it wouldn't hurt to ask about it here,
not sure if this started happening after a specific update or something but i remember it not being this laggy.

Yes i've tried cleaning cache/cookies, changing acceleration settings etc.

From my testing the browsers that have laggy yt ui are:
Google chrome
Cent browser

No lag on:
Chromium
Firefox
Google canary

(i'm not gonna test opera/edge because i despise them)

Have you tried upgrading or resetting your video card driver?

Did just now, no change.
It's really weird, youtubeUI on chrome is as laggy as on cent but chrome canary runs good.

Maybe i'm the only one experiencing this.
In any case, i'll switch to firefox and i'll test cent every now and then to see if the issue persists.

I have no idea.
Please try changing "chrome://flags/#enable-quic" to "Enabled" or "Disabled".
