Cent cannot remember last closed window position every time it's launched on desktop.
tried

D:\Cent\chrome.exe --window-position=7,0

to no avail, as it's positioned back to a point it somehow is hooked fixedly into it
any truly correct idea?

Maybe there are residual processes(chrome.exe) left in the task manager.
Additionally please disable "Continue running background apps when Cent Browser is closed" in chrome://settings/system

fixed now after the residuals are cleared
