The sidebar appears when the cursor is positioned at a specified distance from the edge. There is no cursor on the touchscreen, and finger manipulation does not help. It would be nice if the sidebar could be invoked by swiping your finger from the edge of the browser window (like the notification bar in Windows 10). I hope I wrote it clearly. Thank you! Good luck!

Sorry but we need some time to catch up with Chrome.
