What about Firefox? Direct Write is disabled there by default, it simply does not exist. The fonts are crisp.

Firefox and I have never gotten along, as in for some reason I seem to be cursed with it crashing no matter what I do. (It was the same with Skype long ago, including it would never work for me even on OTHER PEOPLE'S COMPUTERS.) As well, I'm nervous about Firefox after some drama a few YEARS ago with one of the higher ups.
now stable Chromium 91....
Yeah! C'mon guys, I know it's a lot of work but, this is getting ridiculous !
The story is that the features of Cent a really great. All I need is included. Have tried to use stock Chromium with some extensions, but that package is not the same.

I really hope that we will get an update Wink
11 updates behind and counting......
Let's be real, this browser is dead and the people in charge of it just don't want to admit it. There hasn't been an actual update since January. We're 11 updates behind now, and multiple sites warn me about how out-of-date my browser is and that it's going to start losing functionality. I fully expect I soon won't even have use of extensions anymore due to the code just not working with how outdated Cent is.
there is nothing better and so feature rich, that is why we are hoping...

I suspect it won't officially close, but it used to be fairly good at updating and now it takes forever to already be behind. We're already 11 versions behind.
