Yesterday afternoon [June 20, 2021] I was bidding on some silver dollars on eBay and was informed that I was not allowed on eBay.  Going in through Google Chrome was fine....

Have you changed the proxy settings in the browser, or installed any proxy related extension?
And try clearing cache and cookies.
