Hello. Start using beta 5.
Some flags dont work.
For example:
- Global media controls control Cast start/stop

What i want: 
1) Disable global control button when video/music play - 2nd screenshot
2) Disable context menu option "Sharing on my devices" - 1st screenshot

--disable-features=GlobalMediaControls

2) you can try disable syncing "Open tabs" in your Sync settings.

Yes, most popular answer "in google". But i already disable it with previous version (4.x.x). It doesnt work.
