Add option to run browser with command line parameters, as it was in ChromePlus v1.6.4.30 - 1.6.5.19:



Advantage:
1. No need to add parameters in browser shortcut (has a limit of 250 characters).
2. No need to use various tools - loader, bat file, console, etc.
3. No need to make changes to Windows registry when browser is started from another program, local HTML file, "Start" menu, etc.

Implement probably not easy, but the function is very convenient!

The implementation is easy, in fact we already added some internal command lines to the browser.
We will consider to add this feature.
