Например если набрать youtube.com в адресном поле перенаправлений нет , если https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vnTgnL1tskw&t=311s то идет перенаправление на google и тот выдает

если идти по ссылке с youtube на то же видео проблем нет.

This could be Google's risk control. When accessing a video URL directly from the address bar, since the request header does not contain Referer, it will consider this as abnormal traffic.

Сделал экспиримент задисеблил все flags с omnibox плюс Expansion pack for the Site search starter pack и Enable EnterpriseSearchAggregatorSettings policy , увы не помогло, такое https://www.youtube.com/watc идет напримую а такое https://www.youtube.com/watch  заворачивается на google, никак не пойму или это фича такая от разрабов.
Версия 5.2.1168.83 (Официальная сборка), (64 бит) (Portable) ,вроде последний.

The browser itself doesn't handle redirects specifically for youtube.com. Have you installed and used a VPN extension?

Additionally, how does this phenomenon behave in Safe Mode (Press Alt+F, in the expanded menu select "Help" and then select "Restart in safe mode")?
