How can I remove image search from the address bar? I can't find this setting. It gets in the way very much.

This should be a false positive.
"File Path" contains only the directory location, can you see the target file path?

These separators cannot be deleted.
But you can change their colors by changing the browser theme in chrome://settings/appearance
