Например, какой толк от нового Brave с улучшенным блокировщиком, если его не запустить на Windows 8.1 ?
Или есть способ запустить на Win 8.1 ?  Blush

If you just want to make it appear as a new version, you can add it in chrome://settings/cbOtherOptions "Startup command line":

Then restart the browser.

the problem when i am doing this is CloudFlare blocks me via security check.

You can modify the User-Agent without using the command line by installing extensions that allow User-Agent modification for individual websites.
