Here it works normal for these two URL.
Have you tried using safemode.bat to start the browser?

I found the problem, the page zoom is buggy.

Without an option to get the gray folder icons back I will be switching to Vivaldi. That's how much I hate those ugly yellow icons. They just don't look good with many dark themes.

I push alt+x but nothing happens. Even on safemode and default settings.

All my extension icons dissapeared after update, how do I get some of them back to the right upper corner?

Move the mouse around this place until you see the arrow (horizontal resize mouse pointer). Move the bar to the left, you should see your icons.

We are considering adding a variable in theme config file, but not sure for now.

Only if tabs overflowed tab bar, there will be "tab list menu".
If you disabled "minimum tab width", then "tab list menu" will never appear.
