You can click right mouse button to delete the hovered suggestion item.

No. There is no such option in this extensions.

I think this is designed as is.
If the browser crashed, the interrupted task should be retained.
If you quit the browser normally, then you are supposed to cancel the download task intendly.

We tested and it worked normally.
