What could be a reason when time to time when i launch the browser, i only see a blank page?
It happend to my mom too and she wont even use any extra extensions.
It does go away when i restart the browser.

Probably a hardware acceleration issue.
Please try turning off "Use hardware acceleration when available" in chrome://settings/system.
