Tips for OS reinstallation - Admin - 09-14-2015
If you are preparing a full reinstallation for your OS(not including upgrade or repair) and you didn't use Google account synchronization for your saved passwords, you should backup your saved passwords firstly, otherwise they may be unrecognized by Chromium in your new OS.
This is because Chromium uses the credential of current logon user to encrypt saved passwords, it differs from any other Windows user or OS.
