Достаточно ли для полного бэкапа всей информации браузера (с целью переноса на другой пк) скопировать папку %localappdata%\CentBrowser ?
Is it enough to copy the %localappdata%\CentBrowser folder for a full backup of all browser information (for transferring to another PC)?

All browsing data are contained in "User Data" directory.
It is enough to backup this directory.
You can see location of "User Data" in chrome://version/
By the way, for installer version(different from portable version), passwords are encrypted with different keys on different computer.
So you should better export and import passwords if you want to move them to another computer.
