If the OS has light mode for apps, then even on the dark theme of the Сent, popup download window is always white. Fix please.

I confirm. If in Windows for applications there is a light mode, and in the browser we turn on the dark mode, then the download window and the video download window are white

This is an issue of upstream Chromium (the same effect as the Task Manager), but we haven't yet figured out whether it's by design or a bug.
