Basic Chrome functionality allows to copy only current tab URL; extentions allow to copy All tabs URLs = but no way to copy a single URL of tab without actually opening it.
So it would be a nice addition for tab's right click menu - Copy Tab's URL. Desireably, it should work on non-current/other tabs, even if those are unloaded/inactive.(since their urls ought to be anyways stored in session data)
As a useful extra for right click menu, it could be an additional command - Copy Tab's URL & Title.
