This is a hung dump not a crash dump, generated when the browser process has not exited in the expected time.

CrystalAEP 2012 is observed in the module list of the browser process, please uninstall it temporarily and check the result.
It may have conflict with Chromium sandbox.
Or you can append --no-sandbox to "Other options"->"Startup command line".

Yes! When these type of crashes start to happen, nothing except rebooting can stop the crash!
After rebooting it got fixed!

Please switch to 32-bit version, 64-bit version has bad steability in some cases. Constantly crash of 64-bit Chromium had ever been reported by some users.
