Yes, it is Dark Reader extension. Really saves a lot of strain on eyes.

Dark Reader extension is the best for dark theme, i used it for some time, anyway it's not perfect and actualy dark theme on the websites has a psychological effect on me, so now I use the light theme for websites and dark panels for the browser. i like dark theme, but i believe we need some light in our eyes
