You can reverse color on web pages on Chrome and Edge browser by enabling flag.

On Chrome browser type Chrome://flags and open it. Enable "Force dark mode fr web contents" flag and restart the browser. 

On Edge browser type Edge://Flags and open it. Enable "Force dark mode for web contents" and restart the browser.
