Thank you for the beta version. How to disable this Windows 10 fluent garbage in the beta version? When I hover my mouse over the tabs it appears. 

Have you installed any theme?
You can see it in chrome://settings/appearance

A few hours ago a user wrote a message stating that the video control buttons disappeared when starting to play YouTube videos in Cent Browser; He even suggested an extension (Temporary youtube button fix) for the solution.

Looking again at this moment, I saw that the messages of that user were deleted.

However, there is such a problem and it is only encountered in Cent Browser and it is quite old. Namely:

This problem is encountered when videos (which are small in horizontal dimension) taken with smart phones and similar devices start to be played on YouTube.

For a solution, the "Show tip for playing video in popup window" option should be selected in the "Settings > Browsing" section of the Cent Browser and click the "Enlarge this video to entire web page area"  button in the tip box that appears above the YouTube video screen.

As a result, the developer should fix this bug in the next release of Cent Browser.

Correction: I typed this message in the wrong section because I remembered the section I had previously looked at and reviewed incorrectly. However, the user I mentioned above is "VxMiMxV" and the messages he wrote are on the following page:

As I mentioned earlier, the problem of video control buttons disappearing only occurs when viewing videos of this type in Cent Browser.

So the problem has nothing to do with YouTube; The posts written by the forum member "VxMiMxV" seem to have misled you.

If you are watching the sample YouTube videos I linked above and the video control buttons do not disappear, then you are using a version of Cent Browser specially made for you.

Is the Cent Browser developer your close relative? If so, we would love it if you share your setup file with us.

 those 3 videos you are having a problem, working fine here too.
all media buttons show and hide when the cursor is not on the video
did you try on incognito mode? maybe you have some extension interfering?

First of all, thank you very much for your enlightening answer.

I understood what you wrote as follows: "When you start playing these 3 videos, the media control buttons do not disappear. If the cursor is on the screen while the video is playing, they continue to appear."

If this is the case then this problem only occurs with the portable version of Cent Browser; because I'm using the portable version and the problem persists when I disable all extensions.

Hopefully, the CB developer takes this issue into consideration in the new version.

I'm running the latest (4.3.8.130) portable version of Cent Browser and have no issues with those three videos. Media control buttons don't disappear when I start playing, be it with my cursor over the video or not. So you stating that this is a problem that only occurs with the portable version of Cent Browser is false, and I suspect that this issue is something only on your end.
