I have latest nvidia drivers. Another browsers(chromium, firefox) working properly with videos. Also the previous stable cent Version: 5.0.1002.354 have not such issue for me.
--disable-features=DCompPresenter - this one change nothing with that issue.
--disable_direct_composition_video_overlays=1 - this flag fixed that problem for me. Thanks

Have you tried installing any Chrome theme?
It can change color and background image of the browser frame.

Even on the standard one, no changes

It crashes when using color picker in dev tool (click on Eye Dropper icon). Can anyone check this?
