Добрый день. На сайте в разделе History не скачиваются старые версии. Интересует версия v1.3.19.45 for Windows основанная на Chromium 44.0.2403.157, это последняя версия поддерживающая интерфейс npapi .Помогите скачать, пожалуйста!

Hello All, Novice here.  Looking for the commands to build a batch file that will clear browser history and then shutdown the computer.  Any help would be greatly appreciated...

On my windows 10 home edition computer, in the windows update area it has in red text "Some settings are hidden or managed by your organization". And on my windows 10 phone in the update area  says "Some settings are hidden or managed by your organization". I'm in the inside program on both of them as well if that's any help. Both are on build 15014. So I don't know how to remove the warning since I'm not in any organization on either device.

I remember text tooltips used to popup on mouse hover, but they stopped appearing as of a few months ago, I think. Specifically, I'm interested in the tooltips while hovering over the extension icons (in the extensions bar to the right of address bar) and the favicons of bookmarked pages in the bookmarks bar (below the address bar). 
Can they be brought back somehow?
