I have quite some tabs open at one time. Most of the time I switch from one to another tab, and so on.
With the 1.5.7.18 update when I go back from one tab to the other the page will be blank for 1-2 seconds, before the content comes back.
In the previous version the page was always there directly.
What could be the problem?

Thanks for your feedback. If the memory usage is high, this kind of situation appears frequently.
Because the physical memory is frequently swapped into virtual memory.
And did you enable the option "Purge memory at interval of"?

I did not enable that function. I have 32GB of physical memory in my machine and virtual memory on an SSD.
There should be no reason for this I guess, it was never there on the previous version of Cent Browser.
On the x64-version of Cent Browser this behaviour is even worse. Longer loading times, more often white screens.
I tun the x86-version now.

Then it is quite weird. Please disable "Use hardware acceleration when available" and check the result.Or rename the User Data directory and check the result.

No, renaming User Data doesn't make your settings lost.Later you can delete the newly generated User Data and restore the name of the old User Data.

Yes it does (for the time being), I can't test with different settings.

Check your extensions if you have any or check if you have a adblocker with too many filter lists as both will cause a delay in page loading. Trying pages in incognito mode will give you a clue if it is
