I am wondering if cent browser's new version 2.5.6.57 is compatible with Windows XP.

I think not. Latest Chromium based browser for XP was 49

The latest version supporting XP is 1.8.9.28.

all the chinese browsers like uc, qq, sogou, baidu, 360, and liebao all support xp, why not cent?

cent targets heavy users.
Very few of them use xp.
