История браузера отключена файлом disable_history.reg
Но тем не менее после глубокой очистки (wipe), которую делал давно, папка стала весить 2Gb вместо 5,67Gb
Нужные безопасные галочки на скриншоте

Network cache takes up some storage space, and if you don't want to check it in "Wipe browsing data", you can try cleaning some cached data in chrome://settings/clearBrowserData.

This should be due to Youtube's enhanced protection. This video download function is based on yt-dlp. You can try to download the latest version of yt-dlp.exe from https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp/releases, rename User Data\MiscTools\yt-dlp.exe (User Data directory can be found in chrome://version view "Profile Path" in browser) to yt-dlp.exe.bak and copy the new version of yt-dlp.exe to here. Restart browser to test whether you can download Youtube videos.
