Не открывется линк.Выдает ошибку

Ежедневно получаю на свой gmail события с Газеты.ru. Но линки не открываются,выдает ошибку.

При этом Microsoft Edge открывает без проблем.

This happened from Chrome 58.
I can't say this is browser issue or website issue.
The server responds an URL containing HTML character &(which should be &), and Chromium doesn't do URL unescape.
You can press Ctrl+Shift+E to open it in IE for these cases.
