The pages before they are fully loaded display the fonts as expected with the flag turned off, but after they are fully loaded the fonts are blurred again, I checked this on a newly installed browser without extensions.

After disabling DW, the browser may use different fonts for rendering, the effect may be poor.
You can try using it together with MacType.
