I'm looking for a portable browser that can use as the default browser.
can i make Cent-portable default browser? if not what browser do you suggest?

You can run cmd.exe with Administrator privilege, and execute
chrome.exe --make-default-browser
Then go to System Settings and choose Cent as default.
