Please try appending
--disable-gpu
in Cent's desktop shortcut.
If it launches successfully, you need to disable "Use hardware acceleration when available" in chrome://settings/system.

You know, they got 9 solutions for the black screen issue, till I thought the 10 would be uninstall chrome and use Firefox or whatever

This was responding to "Proton1983".
So only "Solution 1" is useful.
