Just use the latter one, because other flags are added by the browser itself.

360 Extreme Explorer COOL! But only 50+ rls. Chrome. Same thing than UC browser. According to me more beautiful.
Chinese and English. The option is complicated without translation.

I would advise against using either of these browsers. Chinese companies are notorious for spying on users. I have tried both of them in the past and found that they both make suspicious connections. 360 Browser would try to connect to a blacklisted host in China and UC Brower would sent secret stats as well. And Zemana Antimalware found that UC Browser was spyware.
