I close all tabs and exit Cent... later on when I open Cent, it opens all tabs again.. It never respected me with this thing, till I turned off "Enable lazy session loading" !

We have ever encountered this issue, but can't reproduce anymore.
Have you tried disabling all extensions and apps?
