The problem lies here. When the browser can't write to the "SystemTemp" directory, it uses the "Program Files" directory. This is easy to change, but it's a subtle security measure that shouldn't be modified in principle.

and in the previous version 5.1.1130.129 you didn't change anything either? it's just that in the previous version users didn't seem to have this (if I understood correctly)
